Posizione , colazione , struttura in generale .
Piccola premessa , non mai ho fatto una recensione negativa , questa è la prima in tanti anni di viaggi ma prima o poi un’esperienza non positiva ci sta… La recensione è lunga ma mi sembra doveroso essere esaustivo per chi legge. Ricordo a tutti che si tratta di hotel 4 stelle da da 300 euro notte con colazione. Bella la posizione , bello l’hotel. Stanza : Spaziosa, con terrazza senza privacy (adiacente alla terrazza dove viene servito l’aperitivo ecc). Presenza sulla terrazza di due spaziose e comode poltrone, ma siamo in tre. richiesta una terza, viene portata una sedia. Assenza del Bidè (cosa praticamente inaccettabile in un hotel a 4 stelle), WC in stanzino separato dalla doccia non finestrato. nella doccia nessun kit per lavarsi, sul lavandino erogatore sapone liquido niente altro, nessun kit cortesia. Ho dovuto chiedere alla reception del sapone per la doccia che mi è stato dato , lo shampoo no (specifico il prodotto non era uno shampoo-doccia) , frigobar vuoto. Stanza dichiarata anallergica, spostate le tende.. decisamente polverose. Mia moglie allergica, immediata assunzione cortisone. Letto matrimoniale con due materassi separati. Letto Aggiuntivo piccolo decisamente scomodo, non adeguato per un adulto, se accompagnati da bimbo piccolo ok, per noi con una figlia di 15 anni insufficiente. Chiesti 16 euro /giorno per il nostro cane ( piccola taglia) , servizi offerti per questa cifra : ciotola NO, cuccetta No, altro No. Pulizie straordinarie ? non tangibili. invece a tutti i proprietari di cani viene riservato un trattamento speciale per la colazione, Mangiare al piano superiore dovendo portarsi la colazione su e giù perché vietato accedere nell’ambiente colazione con il proprio animale domestico (comprensibile) , non si può stare però nemmeno nella parte all’aperto adiacente alla sala colazione (meno comprensibile). Nella sala “giochi” “lettura” presenza di quotidiani solo di lingua tedesca , ricordo ai nostri ospiti che siamo in zona bilingue.
